Personal pension plan
As an innovative company, we're always looking to the future. We've partnered with Friends Life to offer a personal pension policy under the plan that gives you control over how much you contribute, where your money is invested and flexibility in when you receive your pension. We’ll match your contributions from the minimum 5% up to a maximum of 8%.
Financial security for you and your family
All new employees are automatically entered into our arrangements for income protection which provide cover for up to 3 years of 50% of salary, and for pension plan members also provides for 10% employer contributions, in the event you are incapacitated and unable to perform your role.
For members of the pension plan contributing at least 5%, we have a life assurance policy with provision for a multiple of salary in the event of death in service. Whilst this a provision that we genuinely hope will not be needed, it can provide valued security for your loved ones.
Company-paid Healthcare Cover
To ensure our people and their loved ones can get speedy access to expert medical diagnosis, opinion and treatment when they really need it we offer fully paid healthcare cover through a leading provider for all staff, regardless of position.
We passionately believe that everyone deserves time to relax and recharge their batteries, so we provide a generous paid holiday entitlement as well as eight bank holidays per annum.
